The Evolving Landscape of Real Estate

The real estate industry has undergone a dramatic transformation in recent years,

fueled by technological advancements and shifting consumer preferences. The traditional landscape, once dominated by real estate agents and brokers, has been disrupted by the rise of online

One key driver of change is the internet’s rise and the subsequent empowerment of consumers. Tasks that once required complete reliance on real estate professionals can now be accomplished with a few clicks. Surveys show that nearly all homebuyers utilize the internet to research real estate, a stark contrast to just a few decades ago.
